Not everyone feels comfortable with tracking codes and for some that know how to recognize them, it's enough not to want to click on one. Some users prefer to go to the straight URL of a site and seeing your affiliate link they may not click on it. There are many reasons why surfers don't like affiliate codes; for some it's as simple as not wanting you to make any money off of their decisions and for others it's the fear of their actions being tracked. With the lack of privacy being such a big issue these days, I can't really blame them. Of course, if visitors don't click on your affiliate links, you won't get any commission.

So, in order to make your links more appealing to your visitors and get the commission that you deserve, hiding your links is the perfect solution. Don't think of it as a way of tricking the user, because that's not the intention. If they want to visit the website, which you have referred them to, why shouldn't you get credit for that?

The form below should help you out with that. All you have to do is type in the affiliate URL in the first space provided, followed by the text you wish to link the URL through and lastly the status bar description (which is at the bottom of your browser if it's enabled). You then click the TAG ME button and the link hider code will be generated. Just copy and paste the code into the space where you want to display the link and that's it.
